Short title.

1. This Act may be cited as the Trusts (Amendment) Act, No. 7 of 1968.

Amendment of section 21 of Chapter 87.

2. Section 21 of the Trusts Ordinance is hereby amended, by the substitution, for all the words from " to preclude, in any case ", to the end of that section, of the words " to preclude the deposit of trust money in a Government Savings Bank (including the Ceylon Savings Bank). "
