Sri Lanka hands over 77 fishermen to India at IMBL

Seventy-seven fishermen of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry, who were released by Sri Lanka, were repatriated yesterday, The Hindu newspaper reported.
The repatriation had taken place along the International Maritime Boundary Line (IMBL). The Sri Lankan authorities handed over the fishermen to a Indian Coast Guard patrolling vessel, which was sent to bring them back home.
